Kind of an old thread, but I understand if you want to go ahead and make one anyway.  If no one beats me to it, I'll scan one later tonight.

I can't remember.  Is there a lot of variation between caution labels of different first party NES games?  Will any one game suffice or do I need to look for a hand full of different label variation?
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

I am wondering what the dimensions are both the NES caution label and SNES caution label? TDIRunner would you be able to scan the SNES caution label too? Thanks

Not sure on the dimensions for the labels, but here's a N64 and SNES one as well...

By the way, I didn't scan my caution labels since Quazimoto did.  Let me know if you still need mine.
