I am a fairly hardcore Zelda fan, and have actually taken the time to not only amass the CD-i games, but to beat them as well.  Wand of Gamelon and Faces of Evil are rough, but pretty easy when you get the hang of them.  What kills me about Zelda's Adventure is the hit detection.  She swings outward with her *left* hand I think, so you have to make sure enemies are in the swing pattern.  Sure, this is the case with any top-down Zelda game, but in Zelda's Adventure I swear the hit detection is just excruciating.  It arcs away from you, and barely hits right in front, so you need to angle yourself so enemies are at like a 45 degree angle.  The problem?  THERE ARE NO 45 DEGREE ANGLES!  You can only move on an up/down/left/right grid.  No full 3d motion.  That said, I am a total masochist and played it to the end.  And as such, I am one of the few people who can actually give it a fair, balanced and complete review.  It sucks.

I've got 2/3 of the USA nes set.

I doubt I'll finish it though as the majority of the games I need aren't very good and are in the $20-$100 range.

I'd rather spend the $ on good games for other systems that I will actually play.

I'm done collecting every game of the Shaq Fu series. The task was tedious and expensive. Now, I can live my life with peace and dignity because I own the greatest video game series on this earth.

That was awesome.

And here, all these years I was listening to the opinions of people who really didn't know what they were talking about.

Ozzy_98:

I could tell it sucked just by playing it at Radio Shack (When it was next door to Musicland, on the other end of the mall from the Pocket Change arcade.  Good ole days).

It looks like she's smacking everything with a wet noodle. And plays like you're controlling it with said wet noodle. And nobody likes playing with their noodle.
