Descent / PO'ed / Assault Rigs - Playstation - NA – CD Jewel Case Cover Request

Out of my entire Playstation 1 collection, I only have three games in the original “long boxes.”  I would like to convert these into the standard CD jewel cases.  I have scans of the front, back and spine.  Would anyone be able to convert these into CD jewel case covers?  An all black inlay would be fine as long as it includes the part on the left side which is still visible when the case is closed (let me know if that doesn’t make sense).

Is this a reasonable request?  I know it's a big change between the original long boxes and the smaller CD jewel cases, but I would really like all of my PS1 games to be uniform in the same type of case.  I've considered switching my PS1 games to DVD style cases, but I found that more than half of my game collection isn't available on this site and than I would have a long search to get covers for the missing games.

Anyway, I've provided scans of my long boxes.  If these scans are not usable, please let me know and I will do what I can to improve them.  I would appreciate anyone's help.

Request is reasonable and somewhat easy to fulfill if someone from PAl region scans their jewel case covers.

I would but I don't own any of the covers you requested.

PO'd actually came in a jewel case version as well, so that would be the best source. Descent would be the PAL version and Assault Rigs Japanese Saturn would be the best source for the front.

Now I kinda want jewel case/ cd poly case versions of ALL long box only PlayStation games. Actually, same with Sega CD and Saturn. I keep Saturn and Sega CD US games in jewel cases to match the Japanese.

I've searched for quite a while for jewel cased versions of these games, but I never found anything.  However, I never looked for games in different regions.  Hopefully someone out there has copies of these games.
