REQUEST: Inindo on Super Nintendo

I have this Super Nintendo game called Inindo: Way of the Ninja. I noticed that their is no covers for this particular game. i would make the cover myself but i can't find a decent scan of the front or spine of the box. could someone please either offer a great quality scan of the front and spine or at most provide a retail cover of the game? any help is greatly appreciated.

The front isn't that good, but the back and spine is good to use, Thank you. Now i just need a good scan of the front.
