Been trying to case all of my 64 games and have a few stragglers that just don't seem to have vertical covers anywhere on this site, was wondering if any gents would be kind to oblige if they happen to have them.

NFL Blitz 2000
Dr. Mario (surprised there's no vertical for this one yet)
San Francisco Rush (can only find wiggy's white border cover and the snes fusion one)
