Request: GBC Cart Label Dimensions/Template

I am making a custom cart label for the Everdrive, and I need to know the cart label dimensions.  I could not find this in the template section, does anyone know, or have a cart label template available?

And it's way too tiring to get GBC cart and ruler out to measure...

Actually, I used the dimensions to help my printer layout a custom design we did over at the neo-geo forums.  We had users take a stab at it and design their own, then we voted on our favorite.  opt2not was the user who created the winner, it's inspired by 2001.  You can download it here: http://downloads.capane.us/everdriveGB-odyssey.pdf
