Was going to ask the same, i recently bought some Chinese Ps1 memory cart and was going to modyfy a Jewel case to hold them with that foam

It looks like normal black foam you can get from hobby stores. Online, I've not seen any cheap prices yet. Just google around "hobby foam" and you should get some hits.

Amazing Spider-man 2 Xbox one version (had to download it from xbox store as the disc version is massively delayed)
