Not sure wether this had a jewel case..the one i have came with the RAM cart and the jewel case had no back.These cases have the spine logo's in english on both sides which would not have been the case on a JP Saturn release.There is two because  i converted the box front and the instruction front...mainly cos' its nice to have a choice.
(B.T.W not sure if the RAM info in the top one reads that the cart is included.Am s-l-o-w-l-y translating it and if thats the case,i will amend it and the DVD versions before posting.)

For my own Saturn imports, i use mookyjooks thin case and change the spine. Dont post them here though cos' there not my work as such.
