When I modified my 1st DS Case for an Original Gameboy game I cut out the entire DS slot just as a test to see how easy/hard it would be. It turns out its not to bad but the game fell out, so on my 2nd attempt I cut out the regular section everyone else does but the game still felt sort of loose, so I cut a small lip and bent it up out of a piece that was just sitting around, now the game won't move anywhere and the tab shouldn't break off since not much pressure is being applied.
The forum is so huge I Just thought i'd share my idea, hopefully it works for someone.
