lol.  It's only 2-3 guys so I wouldn't hold your breath, but every little bit helps.  Anyone on NintendoAge?  I think I have an account there but I never post, most forums your message carries a little more weight if you're at least semi established.

I'm going to be heading down to the local Retro store in the next couple of days too. I have a friend who works there who also collects, and the employees there see moderate collector traffic in town, and shouldl be more than willing to spread the word. The shop owner may even be interested... though I've yet to meet him myself. If I catch him down there I'll ask how he feels about potentially posting up a flyer or something of the sort while I'm at it.

Maybe you should send a sample or two to an established YouTube reviewer with a large following like Gamester81 or Mark at Classic Game Room. Though I don't know if it would be a conflict of interests with Gamester81 as he seems to promote BitBoxes.

You really just need a way to get your cases shown to people who don't know what they're missing yet.  :P

I was thinking that TCPers should all post their gameboys collections with these cases to Shadowfox and maybe if people saw the finished product it would catch their eye and interest them more. Like have a "GALLERY" tab on the website: http://www.customgamecases.com I always knew that DS cases could hold my Gameboy Advance games but I didn't want to store my gba games until I saw other people's collections.
Just a thought.

Good thing is once you start pushing Sega Genesis clamshells, I feel pretty confident those things will practically sell themselves. And once word of mouth gets around, you'll have people from all over the place chasing after these. TCP, Nintendo Age, Digital Press, oh yeah...Sega Age, etc...

While these GB cases and the new UGC's your working on will most likely get the majority of their attention and interest from here, those Sega Clamshells are limitless. Just something to think about to give you a little reassurance when you take that next step...

Agree with Chad 100%.  The sega clamshells will likely be the biggest seller by far.  I personally think the saturn/segacd longboxes will sell pretty decently too, especially if the cover artists here start kicking direct replacement artwork too as opposed to dvd-sized ones.

But yeah, the clamshells should kick ass.

Yeah I was already kinda persuaded but darn it if klassin isn't trying to persuade me even more. Though I did need somewhere safer to store my manuals and a binder with coupon pages is getting annoying for all my gb/c/a games  :P So still trying to figure out the math of how many I might purchase....that's a lot of games to put in cases ha ha (41 at the current count  :o ) and darn it if I don't want to find the manuals for ones that I don't have ones for just for this >_> definitely once I get my timing belt replaced I'll do something about it and buy a few though I'm going to go ahead and start printing and cutting covers to fit ;)

I found a couple Genesis games at Goodwill yesterday, nothing great just a couple sports games. However one of the cases caught my eye.It was made to hold EA games and regular games in the same case. I know you said you were gonna do regular first then special carts later but maybe you should consider something like this. I snapped a couple pics but forgot to take one without a game in it.

So now that the NES cases are completed, and Geneses Replicates are almost finished.  Has there been any movement on the SNES/UGC ones?

and what are the new improvements for the UGC.

Assuming it would be taller and wider so that it can hold a manual better.  I also like to leave the plastic protector on the bottom of the snes cart.  Would there be enough room for that and the manual?

Next will be SNES/SFC and N64 cases at the same time.  ;D both these cases will come fast! (Like in hand by November) Then after that!.... the floor is open for discussion.  ;) ;D

But I have about 12 more mold ideas handy  8)

I know it's probably too small of a market for you to get into, but ever think eventually down the line you might do a case for Atari Jaguar?

It's probably down the road more, but I'm still interested in seeing some variants for the GB cases, particularly a double width version for rumble carts/WarioWare Twisted/Game Sharks/etc, and a Virtual Boy case variant.

I'm all for Shadowfox to make a double wide Game Boy case for those thick odd-shaped cartridges such as Pokémon Pinball. I made a double wide Game Boy case cover for that game and I'm anxiously waiting to case it up. However, the mold will have to be different to hold the cartridge because rumble pak games are taller besides being thicker.
