That's the 3rd can, a clear coat. And don't forget cleaning it. Sanding is the troubles part, you cant sand the carts without losing the finish. Even a heavy primer removes the texture. |

No. A magic eraser or scotch bright pad will scuff the smooth surfaces enough (the textured parts of the cart are, well, textured and don't need any sanding/scuffing). |
