which is the best home version of Mortal Kombat 3?

Decided to go for the Playstation version(s)!

The biggest problem with disc based MK3's is that Shang Tsung has to load anytime he Morphs. I'd probably go with cartridge based MK3.

Shang Tsung morph takes about 5 seconds of load time everytime he changes. Even if you aren't playing as Shang Tsung, every time you fight against him, the game feels broken.
