I thought that SHEEP made that cover. I recall working on 3 covers, especially the Monkey Shines cover, with someone on here.
Sadly, the search only went back 3 years, and didn't show any traces of the thread where we worked on this.

I don't own Monkeyshines! but I downloaded it in case I ever find it. 

I didn't see a linke to Speedway! in the thread.  Have you found that link yet?

I couldn't find the others...they were on some link that is defunct. I can try to remember to scan them at work (we have an EXCELLENT scanner there) What DPI should I scan them at?
