Yes, it's normal for it to be that size when scanning at that and no, scanning at 1200 DPI isn't exactly normal. :D While more detail is generally better, file sizes increase exponentially as well. 300 DPI seems to be the sweet spot people are using on this site. |

I've got the US release of this, but my scanner is pretty bad :( I'll see if I can get it to work for you too? Or the 1200 DPI seems to be best haha. |
