NES Boxes Restoration Process

Hi.
I recently found out about this awesome website, and so far I'm loving it.
However, since I live in Europe, many of the boxes thet I'm interested do not exist on this website.
I was wondering if someone could please teach me how to restore NES Boxes scans.
As far as Photo Editing SoftWare goes I have both GIMP 2.6 and PhotoShop CS6.
I'd be really happy if someone could help me.

We do have PAL boxes as well just request and someone might have it (I too am European).

NES boxes in good enough shape are getting harder to locate hence we have so little of them.
