Buying replacement wii analog sticks?

You know how after you use a white colored controller for a while that it starts to change color on the thumbsticks because of your gross sweaty hands? That's my problem with a wii nunchuck and a gamecube controller and I'd like to replace them with the sticks that are in the wii classic controllers. Does anyone know of a place that sells them online? Or if some place sells the grey gamecube sticks I'd like to know also.

I did a quick search but didn't turn up much. Looks like buying a cheap ass controller for parts, or even full replacement would be cheapest.

But are they that uncleanable? You can't take them apart and soak the plastic parts with soapy water or something, maybe hit them up with a toothbrush or something?

On ebay you can find the gray gamecube stick, but have you try cleaning them with Mr.clean  magic eraser?

Yesterday arrived a gamecube controller that I bought so I will try one of my silicone cap that I have on my Playstation controller to see if they fit on gamecube stick, they come in different shapes and colors, for Playstation I use the black ones but for this gamecube controller a will go for a clear one if they fit

For the wii nunchuck it won't fit, I will see if I can find other that fits

I just realized that nunchuck stick and gamecube stick are the same  , so those silicone caps won't fit

Try cleaning them with Mr.clean magic eraser

I found this silicone caps that fits on wii nunchuck and gamecube,  the bad part is that I only find them in yellow  , I prefer them clear for those controllers

Retrobright works well

Ohhhhh I have forgot about that, which recipe do you use, I have found several on retrobright.com and don't know which one works better, is for a nes controller.

I did try soaking the nunchuck stick in water with dish soap for a couple of hours, it's clean now but the color's the same. I also tried using a magic eraser but that didn't help either. I want to try wiggy's retrobright recipe.

how you mix it really depends on what stuff you can get.  I used http://retr0bright.wikispaces.com/Retr0Bright+Gel I've been using the second recipe (Lorne's), but need to try the first.  If you're in the US, you can get everything off of amazon, but you'll be paying more than you should.  But it's quick and easy that way too.
