Playstation 2 manual dimensions

I am wondering what the dimension are for the Playstation 2 game manual?

I was using a pdf viewer to measure cover pdfs and they came out to 4.5in by 7in.

In real life tests, I measured the manuals for Dragon Quest VIII and .hack Infection.  They looked more like 4.5in by 7.18in.
