Translates to "After-School Romance Club", though it's more commonly called "Casual Romance Club" in America. It's notable for being the first Japanese dating sim that was released with English translation already on the disc. (Though, that was the PC version. I doubt the Saturn version has English already on it.)
But yeah, it's basically about the player choosing between one of 12 girls to date after school. I got it for nostalgia. One of the first dating games I remember playing back when I was... too young to be playing those sorta games.
