Because I MUCH prefer the US template over the black draining PAL template, I did a conversion for Deep Fear.

For those that don't check the RAW scans forum, I finished going through my full set of Sega Saturn titles and scanned matching back inserts to go along with the full manuals I already scanned, if anyone needs art to make DVD cases or replace originals:

Take out the official sega seal from the front cover. Those are for US NTSC only.
put the Compact Disc Logo instead as I did on this cover http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?cover_id=9068
Also replace the Product ID on the spine. In this case it's MK81804-50
