I've already got the 4M Action Replay, it's just that it doesn't allow the playing of multi-disc games from what people have told me. For instance, you'll get to the very end of disc one on Grandia, Lunar 2, Quovadis 2, etc and then your SOL, because the region changes back to it's native region when you open the tray. Can't even begin to play disc 2.

Are you sure about that? I know from a friend that he played Panzer Dragoon Saga US on a PAL Saturn with his Action Replay Auto 4M Plus....

Last Bronx (JP/US hybrid  ;) )

U.S box with the JP art all slid and cut about so it doesnt look stretched. Jewel to DVD can be a real pain. Thin DVD case version will be upped too. Was the U.S version a 2 disc one B.T.W ?

Gholla20 uploaded a raw for nascar98, but unfortunately the front is not too "DVD case friendly". So I used the front of Nascar racing 96 for PS1 and moded it to look similar to the original cover.

The Original

The finished product.

It looks great. I have 8 games I still need to scan in.

But the NASCAR98 looks really good. Keep up the good work VT.

Glad you liked it. I should have Big Hurt Baseball soon and I will then start working on some JP covers.

I'm also working on Groove on Fight, Keio 2 and Sonic 3D blast. Groove and Keio are totally custom and with sonic I have to rebuild the back.

I didn't have the case for Spot, so I had to use the images from mobygames. DOA and LIII, I just didn't feel like using the cover art for. Also, I made an alt version of the LIII cover, but it has nude women on it, so it probably ain't appropriate for here. (It's actually the same cover on the Langrisser Tribute game for Saturn, just not cropped.)

Btw, I know someone was waiting for me to make a cover for Neon Genesis Evangelion, but I ended up getting the sequel 2nd Impression. They're sending the original for free, but I'll probably have to wait about 2-3 weeks, at least.

Well, I tried vectoring it. Really, it's all I had to work with. If anybody has real scans, I'll take them, but my hands are tied.

The7k, did you use fanart or something for that DOA cover? I don't think I've ever seen that art before.

EDIT: Also wondering what program(s) you use to do your work.

The DOA cover image comes from a very hard to find art book. The back image, I believe, comes from the Pretty Well doujin series (NSFW), which was oddly enough featured in the Official Dreamcast Magazine (In fact, the image that was used in ODM was much more sexual than the one I used; I was surprised the editor didn't catch it .)

I use Photoshop CS2 almost entirely. I used to use Vector Magic a lot after I first discovered it, but now I limit the use of it to when I really need it.

Vectormagic is not bad at all BUT I think you're right in not using it too often.....

Sometimes it makes images look a little odd....

Besides maybe VM fixed the moby image enough to use it but please try to use high res images were it is possible.... It is for the sake of quality.... :)

Yeah, I actually had to use Vector Magic for the Spot Goes to Hollywood Cover, but had to use alternate methods for the back of it. Vector Magic is just no good when it comes to handling small text.

Trust me, Moby Games is the last place I look when I'm looking for images (with the exception of screenshots, which are usually decent there), I usually only go there when I need a decent description for certain games.
