Sealed Games

I've got quite a few but like many others I'm pretty sure I'll open them.
I compulsively buy up pretty much any RPG that is released and if I feel that if it may be harder to find some day I'll buy them new.
The big kid in me used to have to open them right away even though I knew I may not have to play the game for years.
Kind of kicking myself now because lots of those sealed PS2 games I bought back in the day would be worth a crap load of cash today.
Now I'll keep a game sealed until I want to play it .. if in 5-10 years time I still haven't played something and a sealed copy ends up being worth a crap load I'll just sell it and use the proceeds to obtain a mint opened version of the same item and put the rest towards more games.
Sealed stuff I have now would be:

Same here. There are a lot of late release RPGs that came out on the PS1, Sega Saturn, and PS2 that are not so easy to find for reasonable prices. Just look at Magic Knight Rayearth for the Saturn. Going rate for that game is $175+
