I believe that they are trying to convey that NBA Jam T.E. is from Sega of America, Inc. It should read "all other registered trademarks" are property of Nintendo. Instead, they type in such a manner that they are implying that Sega is property of Nintendo. Very confusing. I had to read it several times to try to understand it. :)

I just cropped it as close to the priginal as possible, then multiplied by 3 to increase the size of the repro. Printing should not be a problem.
I will leave space for the manual. I want to make a prototype this weekend. I am too tired to work on manual today. I will work on the Official Stuff a little more.

Hello friends, I've been distracted with a medical emergency since Friday and I've just now had a chance to relax. All is well but I am tired and I am not able to work on this project just now. I did look at the text and I made some corrections. I just typed all of the text on the back but I need rest. I'll see what I can do this week. I still need a few days to rest and relax.

enter or compete. Participation is open to legal residents of the United States and its
territories, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Mexico, New Zealand, the United

CHAMPIONSHIP II™, Official Rules Request, and send a business-size, self-
addressed, stamped envelope to P.O. Box 6191, Parsippany, NJ, 07054-7191
2. All contestants must register in the age category for which they qualify as of June 14,
1995, the first official day of the Competition. Participants may be required to
provide proof of age (driver's license, birth certificate, or other legal document) at any
stage of the competion.
3. Contestants sign up at participating BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO™ stores. Time slots are
limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. All contestants must check in with the store's designated BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO™
store representative at least 15 minutes before his/her assined time slot, or he/she
may be disqualified.
5. No practice time on competition game equipment will be permitted prior to competing.
6. Each contestant will be required to initial his/her score when recorded by the
BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO™ store representative. Each contestant's initials shall indicate
his/her acceptance of and agreement with the score. Participation prize (trading cards)
must be signed for as acknowledgement of receipt.
7. Business will continue to be conducted in the usual manner in all participating BBV
stores during the Store Championship Competition. Blockbuster Videos, Inc. and
sponsors are not responsible for (a) any interruptions or distractions which may occur
as a result of business activity being conducted in the BBV stores during the Store
Championship Competition, or (b) any technical difficulties or interruptions due to acts
of God, labor disputes, illness or other causes beyond Blockbuster Videos, Inc. or
sponsor's control.
8. At their own discretion, BBV store representatives and/or judges may immediately
disqualify any participant for conduct deemed to be faulty, mischievous, harmful or
injurious to themselves and/or others.
