you can get DVD case paper with perforation around the edge, but they end up looking a little.....scruffy.
If your printer doesn't support odd sized paper with borderless printing, i wouldn't bother - it will always feed a little odd, and end up getting chewed in the printer - however pretty much all printers these days have a movable guide for the sheet feeder - just make sure this is tight up against the side of your paper.
