I know this is old, but using the scans from Arseen I have made this (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzLa9fgZNcqQUXNhdkRzZDhUOWs/edit?usp=sharing) cover for MMPR: Fighting Edition.
I know it is missing a few things but just wanted to share it, as it is the one I am currently using in my collection.

Pay no attention to that, as it is a vertical cover, and this is for Horizontal covers, I'm a tard.
