Great Site, "Building a snes game from scratch"

Hello everybody.
First of all what a great site, this is just what I have been looking into doing for a few weeks now.
What I want to do is create a SNES game from scratch, something like Secret of mana 2 in English and maybe make some replacement cases for the games I have that are a bit tatty.
I know I should search, (I did honestly) but does anybody have scans of
Secret of mana (pal)
Seiken Densetsu 3 (Jap)
Final Fantasy III (us)
How would you guys go about making game boxes? I figured the easiest way would be to ask a load of ppl on alibaba.com to print out a scan on A3 card, But I would kind of like to do it myself... but my printer only prints A4 and might struggle with card.
I chose A3 so there would only be one join like the origianl box.
What Card would you guys recomend? 270gsm photo quality? or is that too thin?
So far for my project I have bought
A few doner games
a bunch of 27C801 eproms
an eprom writer
All the little bits like security screwdrivers and eprom sockets.
I have split the game up and I plan to write the ROM this weekend to the eproms, then solder it back up and try it out.
But I would like to make a nice box for my game so Your input or tips would be greatly appriciated.
PS I do own Seiken densetsu 3 so Im not doing anything illegal

I remember that someone posted a fold able SNES cardboard box a wile back.. but for the life of me, I can't find the thread.
