Cover Thread For SEGA Covers
Sega Gamegear, Sega Genesis, Sega 32X


I haven't printed off any Sega covers for any of my games i have. (besides dreamcast)
I wanted my Sega covers to have a uniform look so i decided to make my own template.
So far the template includes these 3 consoles but could be more if people want it.

This Template was intended to be a Game Gear Template but i decided to add 32X & Genesis.



Sega Game Gear
Surprisingly the height & width ratio of the UGC matches the Game Gear box perfectly.
I know there are gamegear covers being made for the DS case but the manual doesn't even come close to fitting.

I think they look awesome.  I think the original Game Gear one looks way better than the pink one, although it matches the others well.  Did you ever think of doing a Master System one too?

I really like what you did with the Sonic 2 cover, it looks 100% like an offiicial cover. I just can't say enough good things about it. So, I'll stick with what I said: Beautiful. Simply put.

I think all Genesis scans shoud be edited with your template. Because, every Genesis scan on this website seems to have the red label off color. Some are even bright pink, like how the Sonic 3 spine cover on this site was before you fixed it. I look forward to using these covers, as well as seeing a Sonic 1 cover... :HINT: :HINT:

i must have missed your post, if you want a reformatted cover just let me know and i'll see what i can do.

i've tried to work with the sonic 1 cover, but its totally out of proportion.  it might have to be custom.

You could just try using the Euro Cover instead. Just Edit it to look American:

ummm... i don't really know what the megadrive template was like, i'm american.

i'm recreating the covers to fit in the red template so its uniform with the game gear & sega 32X.

Darn. That is...I just...why are you using your skills to make game cases? You could EASILY get a job doing things like this! I'm just at a loss to explain how awesome that looks!

You sir, have talent. I'm very thankful to know that your not just making these cases for yourself, but for others. It's...it's...in Sonic's own words "Way past cool!". It reminds me alot of the Sonic 1 Master System box art, only much cooler as the background has a neat 3D feel, somthing that alot of the Japanese Sonic art had,which is good. Very good.

All we need now is to fix up the Sonic and Knuckles, Sonic Spinball, Sonic 3D Blast and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine and the entire Genesis Sonic Colection will be complete!

I realise there is no Mean Bean Machine scan, but I can provide one. I don't know how good it would come out, since I don't have the best scanner in the world.

Again. Wonderful. I'm not to shure about the yellow Sonic logo, though. It looks to much like the Sonic 3 logo. But this is just minor, considering the original was red or blue, somthing that just wouldn't fit with a red Genesis label. Once more, this is just minor and in no means should you change it.
