Shenske is one of the nice guys around here - if you can't take friendly advice from him, you really aren't going to have much fun here.. Don't judge us by the experiences you've had on other forums - you've only got to read to see were a friendly bunch.... The only thing that winds most people up around here is whining and bitching.
I wasn't going to reply initially, because I'm not the type that has the need to do so to prove a point on the internet, despite what you may think. However, you said something and it went: "Don't judge us by the experiences...(refer to quote, especially the last sentence)" and it only confirmed what I said.
Not only was the response the almost exact replica of the scenarios I was refering to, but it came from, no more or less, than an admin.
I understand people have their own cliques and ofcourse everybody is going to swoop in and "defend (for whatever reason)" the people that are in them, but way to go to greet new and eager ("bitching") members in such a manner.
Logging out and probably never logging back in, not that it's of anyone's importance. Feel free to delete this thread.
