Are you looking for a scan of the steelbook?  I got the survival edition but there is no "cover" per say, but I can scan the steelbook sometime this weekend for you.

Ah, ok...that's the actual box that everything was inside in.  I'm pretty sure I can get that scanned also but it'll be in 2 or 3 seperate files.

I had to divide it into 4 parts since the box was bigger then my scanner bed...but I played around with the files to see if everything would come out ok and came up with this

excellent work on these PS3 covers so far. if there are more raw scans you are looking for let me know cause my ps3 collection is a pretty decent size and I will be more than happy to upload some covers for you
