I have consistent trouble using scissors to cut straight lines, so curved ones are out of the question. What other methods do you guys have, for accurately cutting printed labels out before applying them?

craft knife along the edge of a cd/drinks coaster, etc.

take them to your local small print shop.  They have a little handheld machine that can round the corners for you from 1/8 to 5/8

The nail clipper method sounds great actually. I will definitely use it  :)

Wow; that's pretty inventive! I'd have never thought of that one.

I would guess that they wouldn't.   Most of the ones I have been in only do copies.  Give them a call and ask if they have a corner rounder.  Your local mom and pop shop is the most likely place to go.
