I recently purchased a PAL Snes and would love to get some repro games however they're super expensive.

Is it easy enough to make your own? I was thinking of getting some japanese super famicom carts i.e. Final Fantasy V, and then uploading the English Rom onto it.

Is that possible?

Yes, though you cant discuss it here. With a little googling you'll find the answer. You need an Eeprom burner.

Yes sbut you'll need to swap the lock-out chip as well, otherwise it will not run on PAL machine.
