Power Base Converter Sega Genesis Mega Drive Megadrive Master System Adapter

Anybody has a cover and/or label for this Sega Master System to Genesis adapter ?

See last picture in the description. It can be put in an actual Genesis cartridge. I was planning to put it in a genesis or UGC case.

This. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from Stoneage Gamer, its always top notch quality and packaged extremely well.
I ordered one of these from w/ the Retron5. When I get mine ill make a red stripe genesis case for it. I'll make sure to share the cover :)
