February 2014 pick ups, purchases and hauls

Got the Disney Infinity Mickey and the book that holds series 2 discs at Wal-Mart today.

PS2, lots of games for it and Rayman for the 3DS, even though it's not considered a 'good' game on that console.

SNES Games $70 for all.

Joe and Mac
Firepower 2000
Great Circus Mystery Starring Mickey and Mini
Super Return of the Jedi ( completes the trilogy for me)

$70 for all those SNES games seems kinda high to me for some reason... Am I missing something??

not all that knowledgeable beyond some RPGs values but I think Joe and Mac and Super Turrican are worth $20+ each. Again...not sure....but I think its around there.

Yeah, and the other 3 typically go for $5 or less.  At least around here they do.

Firepower was around 15-20 on eBay last I checked and locally the only copy was $25. 

Same with Turrican at $25 at the same shop.  I paid $50 for turrican, firepower, and Joe and Mac. 

$10 each for Mickey and star wars.   Probably a bit much but they were in mint shape and on my want list.

With the Cad dollar going down and shipping going up eBay becomes less viable so if I find something locally in good shape I will pick it up.

It's also winter where I am so no yard sales to find games at.

Ya I wasn't trying to be an A hole lol. Glad it wasn't took that way. I just got all those games way cheaper so I was confused.

Completed the Contra NES trilogy tonight.  4 down, 2 to go on NES MM series...

Didnt take it that way at all for sure. 

I plan to play the crap out of all those games at some point.  I tried out Turrican and got my ass handed to me pretty bad.  I love the fact that the older games force you to learn the mechanics and level layouts before you have any chance of completing them

I could have got turrican 2 for $40 a while back. Kicking myself for not buying it.  It had some label damage but still would have been fun to play.

Not a new Pick Up, but I finally built the 3rd shelf I got a year ago. It feels so empty, I moved around some things to fill it, Making space for ShadowFoxes cases when they are made and Famicom games I got coming in.
I finally opened the Donkey Kong figures.

Was cleaning out the garage a bit and found a box with some games and manuals. So not "pick ups" really, but a pleasant surprise.
