Is my Pokemon Soul Silver Booklet a Reproduction.

I ordered a heart gold manual from Nintendo and got one like the one you are describing. Its probably legitimate. If nothing else, maybe its an official Nintendo reprint.

I bought soul silver and heart gold brand new, And yes both of them are like a paper texture that is not glossy.
