Hello guys! I'm new to the forums, so nice to meet you all!
I've decided to start a games collection and although i already have some pc/xbox/xbox360/ps2 original games i also have quite a few burnt xbox/ps2/ps1 discs. So i want to make covers for these  xbox/ps2/ps1 games. Which printer model and type of paper do you advise me to buy so that the covers will be as close to the originals as possible? I live in greece and my budget is up to 80 euros.Thx a lot for any suggestions. Now i should probably start checking the various guides on the site on how to make the covers after i buy the printer :)

I'm currently using a Canon Pixma MG5520 with refillable ink cartridges and ink from inksupply.com (Great company).

I chose this printer because it has great quality and should something happen due to using refillable ink, it's easy to remove the print head and clean it.

My only complaint is that it doesn't print on CD's (the next model up does, which I'm thinking about getting).

I just got a cannon mg 3520 printer, and the scanner does not offer a descreen/moire option.
The medium quality print is a lower quality than my old HP's medium print. However the canon 3520 high quality print is much much nicer than my HP's.

I have been an HP fanboy for over 20 years and the people here have converted me to Canon

The Hp's continued to use parallel link cables the longest, and usb wont print from dos. I loved them for the troubleshooting and information grabbing abilities on
dos machines. I suppose my conversion is a bit overdue.

Not only scan original box, you can scan manuals, maps or any material that is related with games.

I would like to buy one with a scanner to scan my manuals and upload them in a thread. I don't own any original box, so...

Did you install the scanning software that came with the printer?
The scanning software should have the option.

I did, it did not. I was pretty dissapointed. It is canon's 60$ all in one though. Literally the lowest quality canon all in one they offer near me

Here is the pixma 3520 scan
