TDIRunner:

So here are my general impressions.

The good:

•   Game Boy and Game Boy Color games do not require modification to fit.  This is obvious because it was the entire point of the project, but I mention it because it’s so important.
•   When placed next to original DS cases, I cannot tell the difference.  This allows me to put my cases next to my original DS cases on the same shelf and everything matches.  For me, this is as important as point number one.
•   I do not smell any type of odor.
•   They seem nearly as durable as the original DS cases.  As long as they don’t break during shipping, they will make it through anything that I will ever put them through.
•   They are new.  This is also obvious, but it’s worth mentioning because my original DS cases were bought used off of eBay and they have the typical scratches that come with used merchandise.  These are like buying brand new video games.
•   They fit most manuals.  This is minor for me since I don’t have most of the manuals for my games, but it’s still a positive feature.

The bad:

•   When held in place, they games are very tight.  It’s good that the games won’t move around, but I found that they don’t seem to pop out as easily as a DS or GBA game in the original DS cases.
•   They cost a little more than the original DS cases.  I think the extra cost is definitely worth it, and completely understandable considering how unique the cases are, however, it’s worth mentioning because you can typically find DS cases for under a dollar each even in small quantities.

That’s about it.  If the bad points seem pretty minor, it’s because they are.  Overall, I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and I will purchase again if I ever use up my initial order of 100 (I’m only using about 20 at the moment).  Congratulations Shadowfox.  I look forward to your next case project.

The cases made it up to Canada  ;D
The box was intact, but unfortunately two cases had corners broken (one at each end of the box).

I would vote for a thicker carton, hoping it would prevent damage when handled with "care" by the post system.

EDIT: After all, I found two cases that had the surface badly crushed and sleeve ripped... so a total of 4/50 are unusable. Not a very good ratio :(

I also find that it's very hard to get the GB carts out.. they are held very firmly place.. luckily, just found a super easy way to pop them out: simply push on the back of the case! You may actually do that while opening the case.

Hope this helps :)

Got mine today (Chicago). They are WONDERFUL.
However, I would like to vouch for a thicker box or more packaging. I ordered 10 and they arrived in two boxes of 5 taped together, but the box fit the cases very snugly. It's a perfectly fitted box, but there's no room for travel.

Other than that, the cases are great. The clips to hold the carts are indeed a little tight, but they seem to have some wiggle room after a while. Can't tell 'em apart from my DS boxes.

So far so good!

Mine arrived yesterday, and they are wonderful! Great color and I don't mind the slightly tight cartridge fit (it's not like I'm scraping off gold finish or anything). Love the manual space; haven't run into a problem yet with anything fitting. I didn't think to pull all of them out to check for shipping damage as my box looked pristine, so I can't vouch for that. I will still have about 10 left from this lot, but will definitely order more when I inevitably run out! (I find new Gameboy/Color/Advance games every day that I never knew existed, which is weird when you worked for Gamestop for 5 years.)

Keep 'em coming! I have maybe 40 Genesis games that need cases or replacement cases, and my whole Nintendo cart collection is waiting for your alternate UGC's! Then I think you mentioned Game Gear, etc. You are the hero of my collection. :D
