(I'm SO happy I decided to post about these cases before moving ahead to production with them!)

Here, Height is no problem BTW, DS cases are as tall at GB boxes, so just move the clips over and anything in a GB box should fit.


I think you should also remove the top of the rectangle the GB carts go in, that way tall carts should fit with no modification. Yoshi or Drill Doser can go in sideways and loose if it can't fit in the clips. It might be posable to fit them in this design.

OK, so next thing I need to do is see how quickly I can dig out of this hole. Everyone seems to like the below price structure... I guess I need to start a new thread on how many each person would like to pledge for.

As for shipping them, I would use USPS as I do with my website, I use stamps.com and I get decent rates, for this endeavor (The first 10k  cases, and only for peeps here in TCP) I'm going to charge you COST for postage and IF i need any packing boxes. (which are around $1-1.20ish each)

Because if I can get 10 guys who would buy 1000 cases each I'm going to re-coop my money and be able to turn it over to the next mould.

Otherwise it could put pressure on the manual clips when you close it.

Amen to that! I've modified a few 100 of the Authentic DS cases and I've gotten PLENTY of cuts. (One slice went DEEP weeks ago and it still hurts.)
