100 Case Pack = $125.00 ($1.25ea)
500 Case Pack = $575.00 ($1.15ea)
1000 Case Pack = $1,000.00 ($1.00ea)

I think it would be best to take less of a profit on each case, and require more cases sold to recoup losses. You would sell more at a lower price, so it should even out. The issue I have with most of the cases on ebay with artwork is that they don't use DS cases at all, but instead large black glossy CD cases.
As for the Robopon, Yoshi Topsy-Turvy or Pokemon manuals are these larger than normal? If so, can they fit into a standard DS case? (I was not aware that these are larger...if that's the case)

I worded that wrong, The carts of Robopon and Yoshi are bigger, and Pokemon manuals are bigger. Pokemon manuals fit in 3DS cases, so they should fit in his.
I ment case sellers of all types, UGC, DVD, DS ect. I was just showing pricing the cases that high would make it harder, and longer to sell 10,000.
Maybe we should all post how many cases we would buy, to see how much of the cases he needs to sell we can cover.

Hmmmmmm... well I know I have a Pokemon Blue Manual somewhere here.... (Needle in the hay stack, I'm sure you all know how that feels LOL)
For the "funny" Cartridges, I actually already have the mould laid out for these but it will not be this mould (but should be the next one after)

Also Robopon would not fit without modification. Maybe leave the top of the square where the GB cart goes to allow for taller carts.

Awesome case shadowfox and the best of luck to you, I will be getting into the collection of handhelds very soon and these will be the cases I turn to. I don't see anything wrong with them and $1-$2 a pop is perfect.

Could you do my a favor an measure how much space we need to get that pokemon manual in there? Is it close? (The clips are in the EXACT spot as a standard DS case. Because if it if close, I will see if I can get them to move the clips closer to the edge. ;)
