That's happened to some people who specifically avoided them. |

I've not had issues with them once they have the mortgage, as a matter of fact that's why I tried to go with them for the second. The mortgage for this place went to a dinky little place with bad reviews, but at least unlike bank of America, they can properly take out my mortgage on their own every month. |
