The news is... there is no news.... The mould maker said 3-4 days 9 days ago. I shot them an e-mail this morning saying "what's up?" they are pretty good and getting back with me so I will check my e-mail in about 2 hours and HOPEFULLY will have news on these.

my gameboy collection keeps growing, so does my GBA collection so I am very glad that your's will hold both.
I'll hold out on buying DS/GBA cases and wait for these.

So last night the mould was completed! And today they are running the second batch of proofs! My girl said they will ship them out to me today as well!

i'm very excited for these.  got a wine box full of GB/GBC carts that need homes, and my uncased GBA games are starting to grow also, since i've been holding out on buying any DS cases.

I like to keep a large stock of empty cases of all different sizes (UGC, DVD, BD, DS) around my house so that I have them available when I get a new game.  However, I just used up my last DS case last night, so I will definately be interested in ordering some of these when they are ready.  I look forward to having cases that don't have to be modded to fit GB or GBC.  I will probably be ordering somewhere in the range of 50 cases if you are keeping track of what everyone wants.  Hopefully they are ready soon.  I feel like I can't buy anymore GB games until I have cases to put them in.

A bitter/ sweet update.

So they ran the next set of proofs today and they ran into slightly small technical error. If you look at the photo below you can see the clear sleeve's sealing is not complete.


 
They will not send these to me until they fix this (They said 1-2 days and since tomorrow night is their Sunday I'm sure this is more than likely a 3 day thing)

As you can see on the photo they got the proper color and have done the minor alterations... I'm obsessing over these cases now. (I honestly can't wait for the nights to come so I can HOPEFULLY have new NEWS!)

So I think we are almost there, my bet is that in the next 10 days I'm going to have these proofs in hand and shipped to the handful of guys I'd like to "Approve" them.... while this is happening I'm sure the first batch will start to be prepped.

They are looking fantastic now..  Really glad you listened to the opinions of future customers before going ahead with your initial run.  I don't think you will have any trouble shifting the first batch.

Hope I'm still on the list for one of the proofs this time around.
