I got my Prototype in.  ;D
The plastic feels nice, It should survive falls and stuff while closed. Feels better than cheep Gamestop DS cases, not as nice as official cases. Still good. I was able to crack it after bending the bottom of it while open. A GS case broke, causing a bigger crack, with less force in the same place. OEM cases do not break. I did not abuse the case that much, I did not want to destroy my prototype, but It still feels good, and under normal use should not fall apart.
Maybe a reenforcing bar like on OEM cases (Where that line is on the right of the proto) would help the back.

The snaps could use some work, the top one would undo itself with little force, the bottom one was good, but still a little to loose. This was touched on already though.

The hinge is a bit stiff, when open it stays at a angle, you can kinda see it in some of the open images, how the right side is closer to the camera than the left. it's not a big problem though.

I can kinda see how the plastic sleve for the cover art is a tad to loose, I would tighten it a little.

DMG Game Boy

Fits thin GB manuals nicely, holds them in place and they do not slide around. Better than 3DS cases. Thicker manuals fit in tightly, A little to tightly, you have to be very carefully in putting them in to not damage it. It may be best to do it spine first, Most GB manuals are thin, so it's not a huge problem, but I may  want to very slightly give them a little more slack. It made that small tear in my Pokemon manual (Below Image) a little bigger. The clips need to go back, Pokemon manuals do not fit. A small drop onto hard floors did let loose the manuals in the case, shaking the case did not.
Games are fairly easy to take out, the clips feel nice and sturdy. It does not feel like they are going to snap off like cheep DS cases. Drops did not let loose the game.

GBA games fit nicely.

Topsy Turvy fits!
Manual Stress Tests:

Dynasty Warriors Advance: 18 page manual, Heath and Safety, Nintendo Power pamphlet, Game Boy Player Pamphlet
PASS!

Donkey Kong Country: 25 Page manual, Heath and Safety, Nintendo Power pamphlet
Fits Fine!

Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga: 46 page manual, Heath and Safety,  Nintendo Power pamphlet, Club Nintendo card, 20 page RPG ad.
FAIL! I could not fit the RPG ad, and the RPG and Club N cards are to wide (They are ever so slightly wider than the Pokemon manual.) I could barely fit in what is in the image.
This is a lot of stuff, and most games came with just a manual and Heath and Safety, but I would slightly give more slack to the clips, or maybe make them a bit more flexible.

I have a PAL GBA manual shipping it, I'll test it when it comes in.

More with the Pokemanual:

Memory cards:

PS2

GameCube
Not sure if I would use these for them. Maybe if I have some spare. N64 does not fit.

Verdict:
I would buy, they are nice cases, and are of a good quality for the price.
I would buy them.

Is the case tall enough for these RPG/ Club N cards? Also, if yes, when I move those clips back that 1/4 inch will they fit then?

THANK YOU for such a great review on these clips.

I will see if I can address the artwork sleeve and the flexibility or grooves for the manuals. YOU ARE THE MAN when it comes to Booklets!

The plan is to see how this case goes. (And it looks like it's going to take off) If it DOES take off, I will be immediately working on more moulds and posting them here to iron out any/all flaws.

I think after this case my next is going to be a UGC type with Booklet clips and enough space on the side to hold N64/SNES booklets. But I am going to make sure the case size is identical to the UGC's now. (So no TCP artwork altering will be needed) Nice thing about that is I am able to get them in any color... So I WILL be creating BLACK UGC's (Something I've always wanted personally) I am trying really hard not the count my chickens before they hatch.  ;)

But in short, yes, the plan is to make other handheld cases. (Like Game Gear)

No problem
They are tall enough, DS cases are the same height as GB boxes.

SeymorOnion already has some cases close to release that fit NES, Genesis, SNES, and N64 manuals and games.

It might be best to focus on other cases, why have 2 cases for NES games and none for Gamegear.

Ah! VERY COOL! I've seen SeymorOnion's post before but I did not know he was still actively working on it. :) Ty for the heads up!

And yeah, NES cases would have also been in the same swoop since all that would change would be the insert for the mould.

I ain't gonna lie, my main motive behind pursuing UGC cases is due to a conversation I had with the creator and inventor of the UGC and how ignorant he was about upgrading them. I offered to go in half with him,(To update HIS mould) and he had zero interest. I've also tried getting a better price per unit several times, even offering to purchase 100k+ cases at a time, but he wouldn't budge. (Yes, I would have really done that, it was a game store chain, but like all big fish it got away ;) ) So I feel like I need to make a superior product and drown out his market with a better product and cheaper price breaks. :)
IF I did do UGC's my cost would be around 25% less than the best UGC rate out there and I'd make mine $0.05-$0.15 cheaper just to make a point. (I know, I know.... aggressive much? Have you ever played the games RISK? or Settlers of Catan? These games feed my domination hunger) That being said, I have HIGH respect for members of TCP, and IF SeymorOnion is working on these I will back off until his product comes out, and if I feel the need to make them at that time I will.

I would really like to know if he's still moving forward with them.  ;)

Speaking of Game Gear cases, Would a PSP case fit a Game Gear game manual? If so, that would be about the perfect size.

If you have an alternative to UGC's for NES games that are the same size and use the same covers I think everybody would be very interested. I think PS4 and Xbox One games will be considered retro before Onion cases are widely available.
My DS Cover Requests: Anno 1701, A Witch's Tale, A Witch's Wish, Black Sigil, Dynasty Warriors, Flower Sun and Rain, Mage Knight Destiny's Soldier, n+, Time Ace

Haha I agree with this. I've been eagerly anticipating Onion cases for a while but I just couldn't wait anymore and instead bought 200 UGCs to house my NES collection
