Well I received my sample.

Here is what I don't like:

The snaps that keep the case closed is a little TOO loose for me.
The Logo cutout does make the front seem pretty flimsy (which has already been addressed.)
The sleeve seems pretty loose when the case is shut.
The case is more black than it is gray. So it will look kinda funny with the other cases. (which really isn't an issue.)

This is what I really like:

The case IS quality, it's not like the crappy Game Stop DS cases that just break apart.
The cart clip mold is really nice and very well done. With very little modification, WILL FIT SOME OF THE BIGGER GBA GAMES!

This is a very quality replacement case for GB style games.

I just want to say that these are really nice and as Arseen said, "I will buy these!"

 ;D Yay!

SNAPS: Yes, these are going to be corrected, I am going to have them a bit tighter... but not as insanely tight like the DS case are.
COLOR: Correct, the proof was made with a standard black not the custom dark grey color list the Nintendo DS cases, HOWEVER! My production run WILL be in Dark Grey! :)
LOGO CUT OUT: Changing and happy to do it! :) I'm just SO HAPPY I decided to get other opinions on the logo BEFORE running 1000's of these.
SLEEVE: Hmm... I didn't notice that, BUT! I'll look into the other 2 I have here. ;) I'll make sure to tighten that up if need be.

The sleeve that holds the cover art is loose? The cases don't close tight enough? Hmm...better send me a sample too if you have a bunch of extras.

Atleast in the copy I got the sleeve was exaxctly as tight as the real DS case.

And for the color difference you need strong light notice.

the snap was loose but the case held shut even when shaken.

any idea on price?
The price chart is in the thread somewhere, around $2 to $1.25 depending on how much you buy.

Thank ya I was actually worried on the price as I just had made it to the page 2 quote of 4-5 Dollars a case! I would have not gone any where near that 4-5 dollar price range when I get 25 DS Cases for 15 bucks! But these do look much nicer for GB-GBC games. I would keep GBA games in the DS cases, but most likly replace the cases for GB and GBC. I only have 8 games between those 2 consoles anyways.

The more you buy, the cheaper, and there are supposed to be good quality, closer to Nintendo OEM cases.
Found the pricing chart.
1 Case = $2.50ea
5 Case Pack = $11.25 ($2.25ea)
25 Case Pack = $50.00 ($2.00ea)
50 Case Pack = $75.00 ($1.50ea)
100 Case Pack = $125.00 ($1.25ea)
500 Case Pack = $575.00 ($1.15ea)
1000 Case Pack = $1,000.00 ($1.00ea)

Something that I don't think has been asked, but does the sale of these already include the shipping and tax? Or will that be tacked in top of the current price?

Shipping and tax aren't included in the prices listed.
Shadowfox has indicated for those pledging for initial orders on TCP, that shipping costs would be whatever actual shipping was, plus whatever the cost for the box(es) needed for the order were.
