I was wondering if anyone could try and make a DVD-size cover out of the CD scans I had uploaded of Digimon Digital Card Battle? I would prefer if it was in the vertical format, so it matches the original Playstation format, but if you'd rather do it in horizontal form, then that's okay too. I don't mind either way.

To make it more descriptive. Somebody might come in here, read only the title and not what you wrote in here and upload raws to the game which is already uploaded.

But I specifically said that I wanted someone to make a DVD sized cover out of the scans that were already uploaded.

It's good, but you didn't have to use the inlay. You could've just stretched the back part to fit the back side.

YUCK!
i hate it when people just strech the back image.
Its a square back image stretched to an elongated ractangle canvas area.

what he did was better than just streching it.
when stretching the back becomes so distorted and out of shape text is illegible.

FYI - Good cover  :) what image editing program did you use?

Plus, it's painfully obvious when the ratings and controller icons are all distorted!

Okay, okay, so I was wrong. But it just doesn't look like a real Playstation cover to me, if Playstation covers were DVD size, that is. Maybe if someone could make a custom back for it, then it might look better. I'm sorry if I sound nitpicky, but I just want it to look good.

Edit: Oh, and I just made Sr. Member on the forum now! ;D I sure don't feel like one, though. :D

I have to say that I like the merge between the top and CD back cover. Good job!

Ket

i ask this because i made a PSD template that you might be interested in.
i've used it for all the PS1 covers i have made so far.

here is a link to the thread
http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=1058.0

here is a link to the template (10/13/07, new one will come soon)
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GTNL7PDV

the template really helps for the back artwork area  :)

Oh, by the way, the logo on the spine should've been white.

Why? PS1 games have a black background for their PS logo.
