Hi, I'v made a custom cover for Street Fighter Zero 3 for the Sega Saturn. I used the Sega Saturn EU template .PSD it, so it looks like the European release. The only thing I'm worried about is that because Street Fighter Zero 3 never came out in PAL or NTSC regions (It was NTSC-J only) would this cover be considered not allowed? the game did get an official release, but only in Japan.
