Hi everyone,

I've recently fallen back in childhood and discovered the wonderful world of Retro Gaming!

Thus, I've started to make a decent collection of the games that deeply influenced me, and especially the Zelda saga.

I've ordered a UGC of Zelda : Ocarina of Time (without the game, of course  ;) ) and I've just received it today. However, I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the picture used by the printer which was too "JPEG-ed/blurred".
I've tried to look for a "HD" version of the cover without any success.

I've then decided to start from scratch and make my own version of the PAL cover version of Zelda OoT (yeah, I'm French  ::) ) .

You'll find below what I've done, hoping it might help someone to improve its collection of HD quality covers.

Do not hesitate to comment about what you think could be improved, etc.

Good way to introduce yourself!!!

Damn that is good quality. :D
Way better than the one on the site currently.

Could you do that in English?

Welcome to the site.

Thank you  ;)

I suppose most of the UGC Case+Label sellers are taking their labels from this site since the one I received is exactly the one uploaded here, reason why I wanted to make a real HD version, starting from scratch, vectorizing all the elements (even the barcode,  ::) ).

Sure, since I already have my .psd done, I suppose helping the rest of the community would also be a good way to introduce myself?  Haha ;)

However, I won't be able to make a "EUR" (=multi languages) version since I'm using a font size a little bigger than the original one.

Would you be fine with only a English version then?

Yep.

Yep.
One thing though: I don't have power to add covers to the site.
Other older Cover Admins do that.
So submit the cover also thru the proper channel: http://www.thecoverproject.net/upload.php and hope for the best.

Haha, indeed Badchad. However, it was made on purpose to have as good back-cover-screenshot-pictures as possible  ;)

Done!  :P

Otherwise, as promised, I've updated my Cover with English texts + warnings. You'll find it below.
I hope it will be useful for someone!

Absolutely awesome. I've taken this and started doing some rough designs based on this template. Will be a while until I get to photoshop though.

Anyone know the font used for the "N64" at the top, or was it re purposed from an existing logo vector? Would really love to use that as the identifier on my boxes! Thanks again for the inspiration!
