Most of the games are a few bucks, some of the 20$ famicom ones id like to get 8-12$ Like the black capcom cart in the upper left
Can anyone familiar with overseas shipping recommend the cheapest way to send these? and what all has to be done with customs forms?

What Capcom game is that?  I gotta go cross-reference your ID thread.

"Parcel Select" or "1st Class" or whatever they're calling it this month.  You can print int'l 1st class via the USPS website, but not via PayPal (where your only options are Priority or Express).  You can prolly ship 4-5 of these in a small box for around 10 bucks.

Priority Int'l is the next step up, and the price goes WAY up. Int'l rates doubled and tripled (depending on destination) over the last 2 years. Sucks
