Hello everyone!  I'm new to the forum, and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how make a replacement label for a gameboy color game.  I already have the image downloaded into my computer.  I just need to know how to size it correctly.  Thanks in advance.

Hi this image might help you.

You could fire up photoshop if you have it or download GIMP. Then adjust the image to make it fit the white space.

A gameboy colour label measures 43mm wide by 37mm high.

Or put a link to the image here and I'll have a go at making one for you.

fiabravodriver...thanks for the information.  here is the link to the image from this site...http://www.thecoverproject.net/images/covers/gbc_legendofzeldaoracleofagesthe_label_thumb.jpg.  I'm not that good a resizing images, or doing any kind of imaging stuff on the computer.  let me know if you can get something out of this for me.  thanks in advance.

If that is the label you want to print, just download it and print it on sticker paper.

All covers and such posted permanently to our site are sized correctly and are print ready.

Or should be there are few with mistakes, but this one is OK, just checked it.

I just tried printing it out, and it filled up the whole page.  I then opened the image up in Paint, and resized it by pixels and it printed a dot.  Not sure what to do from here.

No problem.

Just check before printing that the DPI is 300 and thart the size looks about right.
If there is mistake in the cover or label the DPI is usually showing as 96 and thus the size is way too big.

See my previous answer.

All post most common problems in a sec, as i have to type them and I'm not the fastest typist.

Most common trouble after the screwed up DPI is that you have fit to page option ticked in your print set up. -> go to print set up in Paint and remove the tick or choose print at 100% scale.

no before printing check if the DPI is 300 or 96.

If it's 300 the above should do the trick
If DPI is 96 try downloading the image again or choose to print at 32% scale (altough the latter will result in bit worse print quiality).
