The goodwills and thrift stores around me are loaded with large CRT tv's for 5$. Bigger ones seem to sell the least too. I would hate to see shipping costs on a TV internationally though |

A LOT of the last-gen CRTs are. I have a 36" sony that I bought just for light gun games, only to find out it isn't compatible. Now I have a 250lb. TV in my basement that's totally useless :( |

I always heard the Sony Trinitron was a good crt for retro games, but maybe there are different versions of the same model (ones with/without a digital processor?) This is the first time I've heard of the Sony Wega though I'm not an expert on all the different tv models. |
