SNES Cartridge Back Label Request

This is my first post here, my apologies if I break any major rules.
I have been unable to find a page for a replacement label for the back of a SNES cart. There is the equivalent for the N64 here at http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?game_id=5701. Could someone add the back label for the SNES? I know you don't often see it but it would be nice to have the option of replacing it.

No major (or any) rules broken.
Only suggestion is that you use boards search, but I can do that for you.
I'll post the label when I locate it (I know we have it as I linked it little while back).

The white lines are not in the label, they just show up in the preview, but dissappeaer when downloaded.
