SNES - NHL '95 - Request - Custom or Retail

Anyone have a NHL '95 SNES cover for the Universal Game case? Even if someone wanted to modify the NHL 94 case that's already here and have it say NHL 95 I'd be OK with that, just want something for my shelf.

Across all platforms the covers missing for me is in hundreds and growing. ;D

Oh and there was good NHL 95 for the Geesis on our site that I can cannibalize.
