SNES - NHL '95 - Request - Custom or Retail

Anyone have a NHL '95 SNES cover for the Universal Game case?  Even if someone wanted to modify the NHL 94 case that's already here and have it say NHL 95 I'd be OK with that, just want something for my shelf.

Across all platforms the covers missing for me is in hundreds and growing.

This is weird, I just tried printing this cover and it's wayyyy to big.  I checked the dimensions and they seem OK... I wonder why it's printing so large in mspaint (9 pages).

Check DPI if it's 300 then all should go right, but what think is that it will show you 96 which results in way too big print (in that case simple solution is to print 32% scale).
